Dear Mr. Fantasy

There’s a freedom in landscape photography that I find exhilarating. With no particular place in mind, I drive the backroads until my eyes capture what I feel is a gallery scene. Once a scene is discovered, I’m enthralled to the point of an out body experience; the camera becomes my eyes, its settings my focus.
Today I’m posting some pictures I’ve captured from the backroads of Connecticut. These shots are shot in aperture priority with tweaks to ISO and white balance as needed. The shutter speeds are somewhere between 50 and 500, white balance set for sunshine or cloudiness.
